The products that we sell are made of real wood. They are made in the USA. That being said. No two products of the same item that we sell are alike. Coloration, grain and knots make real wood products unique to themselves. Although all of our products are made to specific patterns, each one is different, sizes are not exact. They can have a tolerance of as much as a quarter inch or more. That being said we do stand behind our products and if for any reason you are not satisfied. You can return them to us for a refund. All refunds are for product only. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any and all shipping cost that is incurred. CARE OF YOUR NEW WOOD ITEM:
All of our items are made of real wood. As a result there are some simple rules that you need to follow in making sure that your item will give you years of service and enjoyment.
1) Clean all products only with mild soap and water. The use of abrasives or or strong cleaners can damage your items surface. In most cases a light dusting of pledge is ok. But do not apply too heavy or too often. If you have any questions regarding the care of your product please do not hesitate to contact us at carolinawood@yahoo.com
2) Please keep your product indoors at all times (With the exception of planters, they are designed for outdoor use). Keep your product away from direct sunlight, as result your item can fade in direct sunlight. Keep your item away from heating and cooling vents. The rapid change in temperature and forced air on a product can be devestating. Your item can dry out and crack. Please keep your item away from excessive dry or humid air, like basements or attics. This can also damage your product.
